“You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown”

MVNU Theatre presents You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown this weekend in Thorne Performance Hall in the Chapel building.

This family-friendly musical features your favorites from the Peanuts gang – Sally, Charlie, Linus, Lucy, Schroeder and Snoopy – plus two new songs added to the original performance version, for a total of 14 musical numbers.

The show is part of professor Ryan Long’s vision to add variety to the MVNU theatre season. Earlier in the season students performed the classic tragedy Antigone.

Now the pendulum swings to the other end of the spectrum with an all-ages musical performance full of bright colors and young characters.

Performances are Thursday, April 14 and Friday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 16 at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The show is approximately two hours and 15 minutes long with a 15 minute intermission.
