Lady Cougars look to "bounce back"
The Lady Cougars women’s soccer team fell to Indiana Wesleyan University on Saturday by a final score of 1-0.

“I thought we played a good match. We moved the ball well and created some opportunities, but Indiana Wesleyan is a good, athletic team, and they got the result,” coach Daniel Seiffert said. “We’ll learn from this and bounce back from it.”
As Crossroads League play picks up, the ladies have to be at their best, Seiffert said.
“We have to be at 100 percent and can’t have any letdowns. These games have to be 90 minutes of our best soccer. We have the capabilities and talent, we just have to get continuity down and get to where we need to be by tournament play.”
The ladies look to pick up their first Crossroads League victory on Tuesday as they travel to Taylor University for a 4 p.m. kickoff.
