Variety night coming to MVNU campus

Do you have a talent you want to show the world? Have you dreamed of “stealing the show” and becoming the next “big thing.”

Now you can — at Variety Night, which will be Oct. 7 at 8:30 p.m. in the PSU. This is a chance for students of MVNU to showcase what makes them unique.

“It’s basically a ‘do whatever you want,’ within reason,” said SGA Events Chairperson Jessica Wells.

From singing and poetry to stand-up comedy and acting, students can display any talent of their choosing “within reason.” Can you talk like Donald Duck, sing your ABCs backward or shoot a bow and arrow with your eyes closed? Come out and show the student body!

To get involved, go to the SGA lounge Sept. 29 between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Wells will be there to approve talent ideas and provide further instructions for the evening.
